I have been using Shiloh soaps for a couple years now.  I like the quality of their soaps.  Recently I ordered 2 bars of one of their soaps and they notified me right away that they have recently quit making that soap.  They offered to send another soap that was similar in scent and offered to throw in an extra bar at no extra charge.  I received the soap within a couple days and am very satisfied with the soap they sent.  Very good customer relations which is one of the things that I look at in a company.  Thanks for the great service.  I highly recommend Shiloh Soaps.
